Therapy with Men: A Cultural Divide?Friday, June 20, 20149:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.The Clarion Inn
The WCSPF Board has reluctantly accepted Karen Levad's resignation as Executive Director (she's retiring the end of June) and is now in the process of seeking a replacement. Please browse our website to learn more about the work of the Foundation. We are in a healthy position with a number of very positive and exciting outreach efforts planned for the coming year. Karen has observed that while the topic is grim, the actual work of the Foundation is very positive and rewarding as we work together to address this significant community challenge. The successful applicant will enjoy networking with a wide variety of individuals and organizations, have positive communication skills, and will value the challenge of creatively addressing a significant community health concern.
Deadline for application is April 11, 2014. Applications may be submitted via email sent to email@example.com or by snail mail sent to WCSPF, PO Box 4329, Grand Junction, CO 81502.
The Counseling and Education Center and the Western Colorado Suicide Prevention Coalition are hosting this 1 day professional enrichment opportunity for area behavioral health experts, school counselors, community therapists and others who want to better understand men and boys.
